REPORT NEWS:In the Mavericks’ defeat to the Celtics, the JumboTron operator committed a critical error.
During Monday’s game at American Airlines Center, the person operating the JumboTron appeared to be truly experiencing an out-of-body experience.
The Boston Celtics, who are the best team in the NBA, defeated the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night, 119-110. A noteworthy moment in the game occurred during the Celtics’ half, as ayJlen Brown transformed Luka Doncic’s ankles into a sour cream texture. Using a vicious back-and-forth pullback move in the second quarter, Brown took down Mavs star Doncic and added an elbow jumper for good measure.
The Mavs’ own JumboTron operator, who displayed the highlight on the big screen, was one of those who seemed to be impressed by the ankle-breaker. According to reports, Dallas players Markieff Morris and Tim Hardaway Jr. shouted at the operator for doing so.
Hardaway angrily asked, “Are we home or are we away?” according to Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe.
The highlight was unquestionably worthwhile to reiterate. just not in front of their own supporters at the Mavs’ home stadium. Even though it’s unclear if the operator was simply caught up in the moment, it will always be remembered as a humorous error.
