Done Deal: The ohio state and Dallas have agreed t…

Ohio State fans hate former Michigan football quarterback J.J. McCarthy and who can blame them? The Buckeyes chose Kyle McCord over McCarthy, who committed to the Wolverines and posted a 3-0 career record against the Buckeyes.

It’s the kind of thing you can’t make up. Yet, even though McCarthy accounted for four touchdowns and three touchdown passes of 45 yards or more in the 2022 game, as well as another touchdown pass in 2023, Ohio State fans are still trying to say he’s mid, even though he won his starts over the Buckeyes by an average of 14 points and was the first Michigan football quarterback to win in Columbus in over 20 years.

Hatred leads to ignorance which is the best way to describe the pre-draft discourse of Ohio State fans. Louis Riddick of ESPN finally had enough and took to X on Wednesday to talk back to the naysayers on the Michigan football quarterback.

“If the first thing out of your mouth when offering an “opinion” on JJ McCarthy is about him not being the focal point of their offensive approach at Michigan, you are telling on yourself and your inability, or unwillingness, to project future performance. If you actually studied him, you would see why many in the NFL are very optimistic about his potential,” Riddick wrote on X.

An Ohio State fan responded saying that McCarthy struggled when Michigan football was on the road and suggested that Riddick “re-watch the tape.” Riddick responded with McCarthy’s road stats which included 10 touchdown passes on one interception, as well as three rushing touchdowns. McCarthy also completed better than 70 percent of his passes in five of seven road games and at least 63 percent in six of seven.
