Mac Jones was supposed to be the man who would carry the New England Patriots into its new era of football after Tom Brady decided to move to Tampa. After a successful career in Alabama, expectations were high when he was drafted 15th overall in the 2021 Draft.

However, the experiment didn’t pan out as expected as Mac Jones was eventually sent to the Jacksonville Jaguars to serve as the backup to Trevor Lawrence.
