It appears Caitlin Clark is on the verge of signing the richest sponsorship contract for a women’s basketball player

The first-overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft is set to sign an eight-year, $28 million with Nike and will include Clark getting a signature shoe, the Associated Press reported Tuesday. Clark’s name, image and likeness deal expired at the end of the Iowa Hawkeyes’ 2023-24 NCAA season.
