The Dallas Cowboys have been far from the ‘all in’ mentality that owner Jerry Jones said they would have this off season. After a very quiet free agency, and a forgettable draft, the team is getting ready for the rookie mini camp which starts on Friday.
They have now agreed to deals with 12 undrafted free agents, and they should be able to sign them all come Friday.
Dallas is expected to pick up a plethora of players of all different positions. They are bringing in two weapons, both from the University of Minnesota in Corey Crooms and tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford. Spann-Ford spent six seasons with the Golden Gophers, registering 75 catches for 867 yards and five touchdowns in 49 career games.
Crooms on the other hand transferred to the school for the 2023 season and had a quiet year totaling 28 receptions for 376 yards in his one season with the team. However, Crooms was very solid with his previous school Western Michigan where he played in 42 games and had 115 catches for 1,766 yards and 12 touchdowns.
