Tennis are under pressure to sign a pass-rusher worth $50.5 million to play…

Jannik Sinner is in pole position to become the top seed at the 2024 Paris Olympics, having retained his position at the top of the race in the final sprint to the finish line.

The Olympics Race to Paris will conclude on June 9th, meaning players who intend to qualify for the tournament have precisely three weeks to make their dreams come true.

Sinner has led the race for a few months now, taking the top position from Novak Djokovic. With 8725 points, the 22-year-old has established a gap of 865 points.

Djokovic can cut that lead if he wins the Geneva Open. The Serbian surprised the tennis world by accepting a wild card into the ATP 250 tournament this week ahead of the upcoming French Open to gain match sharpness.

The top five won’t have new entrants at the end of the week. Therefore, Carlos Alcaraz (3rd), Daniil Medvedev (4th), and Alexander Zverev (5th) will stay in their current positions.

But at Roland Garros, it will get interesting, with 2000 points up for grabs. It should be noted, though, that only Sinner and Djokovic will fight for the top spot.
