Minnesota Timberwolves Sign a new Big Superstar Form Miami Heat…
Last night, the Minnesota Timberwolves finally got on the board in the Western Conference Finals and beat the Dallas Mavericks, 105-100, to avoid elimination and send the series to a Game 5 back in Minnesota.
They proved they can finally win a close game and will attempt to push the series to six games tomorrow, but Jamal Crawford has a strong prediction about how the rest of this series will unfold, via NBA on ESPN.
Crawford isn’t sold despite what we saw last night and appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” to say, “It won’t go seven, Dallas will end this.”
McAfee asked Crawford if the Timberwolves could be the first team to pull off a 3-0 comeback, but Crawford quickly shut that down, though he did praise Karl-Anthony Towns for his performance last night when he put up 20 points in the second half after shooting so poorly over the first three games.
Crawford said he doesn’t expect Kyrie Irving to have another bad game as he did last night, and if he can come out and play as he did earlier in the series, Crawford expects the Mavs to end the series in either five or six games.
Every game of this series has gone down to the wire, but Dallas has been able to pull out wins due to Kyrie and Luka Doncic having the closing experience that the Timberwolves don’t have yet.
