BREAKING NEWS: WEST HAM key player Jarrod Bowen has terminated his contract  that worth $66.2 million with the…

West Ham attacker Jarrod Bowen is out of the final day clash with Manchester City. The Englishman is said to have suffered from tonsillitis and will miss the game at the Etihad Stadium as Pep Guardiola’s side aim for a fourth Premier League title in a row.

It will be a blow for Arsenal , who need City to drop points at home for just a third time in 2024 if they are to become champions themselves. Mikel Arteta knows that anything but a win for his team at home to Everton will see City be crowned winners again regardless.

The match in Manchester will be David Moyes’ last in charge of the Hammers as he prepares to depart for the second time after four-and-a-half years in charge. He won his last home game at the London Stadium against Luton six days ago.

Bowen has also been linked with an exit from West Ham after yet another impressive season. He has scored 16 times in the league, more than double that of any of his teammates.

Despite a disappointing campaign in the aftermath of winning the Conference League 12 months ago, Bowen remains integral to his team and is one of the key players that Guardiola admitted he was wary of ahead of the match. “Now I’m not thinking one second about next season beacuse it’s West Ham,” he said on Friday.

“Four players up front who can create something. [Mohammed] Kudus is an exceptional player. Bowen for many years and [Michail] Antonio, when he’s fit, is unbelievable.
