Fresh update provided as Sunderland line up summer transfer move for Bayern Munich player…

Jobe Bellingham is a “dream target” of Crystal Palace according to reports. The Sunderland teenager is reported to have already been the subject of a bid which has been turned down by the Black Cats’ hierarchy who seem determined to keep hold of one of their prize assets.

According to Fabrizio Romano, writing in his Daily Briefing newsletter, Palace are working on a deal to take midfielder Bellingham to Selhurst Park this summer. He reckons the Eagles have made contact already to sign the 18-year-old midfielder, younger brother of Jude Bellingham.

Along with Antonio Nusa, the teenager remains one of Palace’s top targets as they look to replace Michael Olise, who is joining Bayern Munich. Transfer guru Romano said that the Eagles see the youngster as one of their “dream targets” and they are prepared to launch a formal move when they receive a green signal from the player’s side.
