The £130m ‘new signings’ that can transform West Ham United into top four…

According to The Times, West Ham United are eyeing up a move for Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer.

West Ham have already completed deals for Luis Guilherme and Wes Foderingham, but they are far from finished building their squad for the next chapter at the London Stadium.

New manager Julen Lopetegui will be gearing up for pre-season as players return from their holidays next week, he will no doubt be keen to get started in identifying which roles need to be addressed as a priority.

Refreshment and redevelopment of the squad in East London will require finding players who can work with the former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss’ tactical profile and philosophy.

It has been reported by The Times this week that the Hammers are considering a move for Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka, a player who could be available at a cut price due to surplus requirements at Old Trafford.

As per the report, Man United could look to offload some of their fringe assets this summer to boost budgets for reinvestment and with Diego Dalot stealing the first choice spot in the right-back position, Wan-Bissaka could be the one to go if it is financially viable.
