At the Chicago Street Course, HMS star Alex Bowman won the race but had his celebration interrupted. Borrowing a phrase from Phineas and Ferb character Dr Doofenschmirtz. If we had a nickel for any time Bowman’s celebration was interrupted by a NASCAR rival, we’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it is weird that it has happened twice. However, teammate Chase Elliott has his own drama.

Last time around, it was Denny Hamlin, and this time it was coincidentally his disciple, Bubba Wallace. Naturally, the internet is divided on that incident. However, another incident has cropped up, which escaped the notice of the mainstream media. This time, the culprits are Chase Elliott and Daniel Suarez.

Apparently, Suarez did something to annoy Elliott, and it led to the Hendrick Motorsports driver retaliating. His revenge came on the cool down lap, like Wallace’s revenge on Bowman. However, it is very likely that the 23XI Racing driver could be in trouble for the stunt, but if NASCAR noticed the other one, what are the consequences?
