### Farewell to Gator Nation
It’s official: I’m leaving Gator Nation after accepting a remarkable $99.9 million deal to transition from American track and field. This decision wasn’t easy, as my time here has been filled with unforgettable moments, incredible athletes, and a supportive community that has become like family to me.
Gator Nation has been a cornerstone of my career, a place where I learned, grew, and pushed boundaries. The support from fans, fellow coaches, and the athletes has been invaluable. Together, we celebrated victories, faced challenges, and built a legacy that I will always cherish. The thrill of watching our athletes break records and reach new heights will stay with me forever.
As I embark on this new chapter, I am filled with gratitude. The experiences here have shaped my coaching philosophy and instilled a passion for fostering talent and resilience. I’ll carry the spirit of Gator Nation with me, proud of our shared achievements and the friendships that will last a lifetime.
While I’m excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead, leaving this community is bittersweet. I am eager to embrace new challenges and continue to advocate for the sport I love. I’ll always be an ambassador for track and field, inspired by the incredible moments we shared at the University of Florida.
