BREAKING NEWS: PENRITH PANTHERS KEY PROFICT STAR HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BY THE AFL FOR 8MONTHS DUE TO…

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are suddenly dealing with a growing casualty ward after losing three players in Saturday’s game against the Cronulla Sharks.

Tyrone Munro and Tevita Tatola failed to play out the 80 minutes after what sidelined reporter James Hooper described as “injury carnage” for South Sydney.

Munro suffered a collarbone injury while Tatola was pictured in a boot after picking up an ankle issue in the game.

Cameron Murray was then ruled out after failing a head injury assessment.

The Manly Sea Eagles will be sweating on a hamstring injury to boom back-rower come centre Ben Trbojevic after he went off against the Warriors.

Trbojevic has been a revelation in the back row, but clutched at his hamstring after pulling up lame late in Manly’s upset win over the Warriors.

Coach Anthony Seibold also revealed post-game that Toafofoa Sipley (knee), Lachlan Croker (shoulder), Ethan Bullemor (face) and Haumole Olakau’atu (back) suffered injuries in Saturday’s game.

Although that news was offset by confirmation Matt Lodge, Jason Saab, Nathan Brown and Reuben Garrick will all return for next week’s game against the Titans.

“It’s a pretty beaten up changeroom,” Seibold said.

Meanwhile, the Warriors will be without Jazz Tevaga (hamstring) for “a bit of time” according to coach Andrew Webster.
