Minnesota Twins now confident to sign 25-year-old player, lucrative offer…

It’s absolutely safe to say that everyone is ready to look forward and move on from a truly awful series in New York.

The Minnesota Twins were dragged behind the woodshed by the Yankees this week. Minnesota allowed over 30 runs, got dominated by Yankees starters, and looked nothing like the team we saw finally win a season series over New York last season.

Now it’s on to Pittsburgh, where the Twins are hopefully going to shake off the beating they took in the Bronx and start bouncing back. That’s the upside here, as the Twins have one of the softest schedules from now until the All-Star Break in July. The Pirates can’t be taken for granted, but we’ve seen Minnesota beat bad teams this year and that’s a trend that should continue on Friday night.
